Tuscan Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients

1 pound chicken
1 bell pepper
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Zestify Tuscan Brio seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Slice the chicken into 1 inch cubes and season with 1 tablespoon of seasoning.
2. Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.
3. Heat one tablespoon of oil on medium high heat and saute the onions until starting to soften. Add the bell pepper and continue to cook for 2 more minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
4. Add tablespoon of olive oil and cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side.
5. Add water, cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
6. Stir in vegetables and remaining seasoning and cook for another couple minutes.
