Ingredients

~ 1 lb ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 can green chiles
1 (14 oz) can beef broth
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15.25 oz) can corn, drained and rinsed
1 packet Zestify Brasa Roja seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. In a large pot, brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat and mix in taco seasoning.
2. Stir in tomatoes, chiles, beef broth, and tomato sauce. Cover pot with lid and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add corn, black beans and pinto beans and cook until heated through. Add up to a 1/2 cup water if needed.
Suggested toppings: sour cream, cheese, cilantro, lime.
