4 large red bell peppers, halved and seeded
1 pound ground meat, cooked
2 cups rice, cooked
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups Mexican cheese blend
1 packet Zestify Heat Street seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. Combine rice, ground meat, seasoning, and 1 cup of cheese.
3. Fill bell peppers with rice mix.
4. Bake for about 30 minutes.
5. Top with remaining cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
