Spicy Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients

1 lb ground meat
⅔ cup water
1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
8 flour tortillas
1 packet Zestify Heat Street seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Brown meat over medium-high heat. Drain if needed.
3. Add half the seasoning and water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
4. Mix the rest of the seasoning into the enchilada sauce and pour half into the bottom of a casserole dish.
5. Assemble enchiladas with beef and cheese, reserving 1 cup of cheese.
6. Top with remainder of sauce then cheese.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
