Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 onion, sliced
1 packet Zestify Midnight Smoke seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Rub the seasoning mix all over the chicken (and on the inside cavity and under skin for deeper flavor).
2. Place sliced onions on the bottom of the crockpot. Place the chicken on top of the onions.
3. Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
