
Ingredients
1 12-ounce rib-eye steak
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
4 cups arugula
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 large lemon wedges
Parmesan cheese savings
1 packet Zestify Midnight Smoke seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Season steak with Midnight Smoke, reserving 1 tablespoon of the seasoning.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak to desired doneness then set aside.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of Midnight Smoke and vinegar to skillet. Boil then reduce to a glaze while stirring constantly.
4. Plate arugula and tomatoes. on two plates. Squeeze lemon over salad.
5. Slice steak and put over salads. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with parmesan.
