Ingredients
3-4 pound pork shoulder
½ cup orange juice
1 large onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 packet Zestify Sweet Ember seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Rub the seasoning evenly over all sides of the pork.
For deeper flavor, cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Spread the sliced onion evenly across the bottom of the crockpot, then pour in the juice. Place the pork on top.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 5–6 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
(If using an Instant Pot, cook on High Pressure for 120 minutes.)
4. Transfer the cooked pork to a cutting board and roughly chop or shred. Try it with Sweet Garlic Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
