
Ingredients
3-4 pound pork shoulder
½ cup orange juice
1 large onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 packet Zestify Sweet Ember seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Rub seasoning over all sides of the pork. For more flavor infusion, refrigerate overnight.
2. Cover the bottom of the crockpot with the onion and juice. Place pork on top.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Transfer cooked pork to a cutting and roughly chop or shred. Try it with Sweet Garlic Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
