Slow Cooker Jamaican Jerk Brisket

Slow Cooker Jamaican Jerk Brisket

Deep, rich and infused with bold island flavor.
This slow-cooked brisket soaks up a savory-sweet marinade layered with warm spices, creating tender meat that’s packed with depth. As it cooks low and slow, the flavors intensify — then a quick finish in the oven caramelizes the edges into a dark, flavorful crust that seals it all in.

Finish with: Spoon some of the cooking juices over the top and serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or tucked into sandwiches for a bold, comforting meal.
