
Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp
1 pound asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 red onion, sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 packet Zestify Savory Souk seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix seasoning, lemon juice of half a lemon (save the other half), and olive oil.
3. Coat vegetables in half of the oil mixtureon a large sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Remove vegetables from oven and push to one side of sheet pan. Add the shrimp on the other side, keeping shrimp flat. Bake for 4-6 minutes (do not overcook shrimp).
5. Remove from oven and drizzle with the juice of the other lemon half.
