Ingredients

1 pound scallops
⅓ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
1 packet Zestify Chimi Brasa seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Mix Chimi Brasa, ⅓ cup oil, and red wine vinegar, and let rehydrate for at least 20 minutes before using.
2. Blot scallops dry and season with salt.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook scallops with salt for 1 to 3 minutes per side. Take care not to overcook.
