Ingredients

1 pound ground or cubed lamb
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 large onion
1 can diced tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 cups beef stock
1 packet Zestify Savory Souk seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Cut onion and sweet potato into 1-inch pieces.
2. Saute onion in oil until just soft.
3. Add lamb and 1 tablespoon of seasoning. Cook to about medium.
4. Add tomotoes, beef stock and remaining seasoning.
5. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
