Ingredients

~ 1 pound beef
2 large potatos
1 medium onion
2 large carrots
4 cups beef stock
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Cut beef, onion, and potatos into 1-inch pieces and carrot into ¼ inch rounds.
2. Saute beef and onion in oil until beef browns.
3. Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
4. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or high for 3 ½-4 ½ hours.
