
Ingredients
2 packages of ramen (discard flavor packet)
1 cup of chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 bell pepper
2 cups snap peas
1 packet Zestify Umami Luau seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Boil water and cook ramen until barely soft. Drain and reserve 1 cup of water.
2. Stir fry vegetables in oil until crisp-tender. Can add a dash of seasoning
3. Whisk chicken broth, seasoning, and soy sauce.
4. Add ramen and sauce to the vegetables.
5. Simmer for 3-5 minutes stirring occassionally and adding more noodle water if needed.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil.
