
Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari sauce
2 eggs, scrambled
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 packet Zestify Umami Luau seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Cook pineapple on medium high heat until just starting to char. Set aside.
2. Reduce heat to medium low heat. Add butter and rice, then seasoning packet as soon as butter has melted. Mix completely.
3. Add soy sauce and stir for another minute.
4. Remove from heat and add pineapple, egg, and sesame oil. Mix everything well.
