Ingredients

1 pound chicken
1 can pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper
2 teaspoons oil
1 green onion, chopped
1 packet Zestify Umami Luau seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Cut both the chicken and bell pepper into 1-inch pieces.
2. Sautee chicken with oil and about half of seasoning. for 6-8 minutes at medium high heat.
3. Reserve pineapple juice.
4. Add pineapple and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes longer.
5. Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and remaining seasoning and simmer.
6. Garnish with green onion.
