
Ingredients
12 ounces of pasta
3 tablespoons butter
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1 packet Zestify Umami Luau seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup of cooking water.
2. Heat butter over low heat until melted. Add garlic and cook until it has lightly browned.
3. Add half the reserved cooking water and Miso seasoning. Stir until dissolved.
4. Add pasta and cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted. Add more water if needed.
