
Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
¼ cup olive oil
⅓ cup orange juice
1 packet Zestify Fiery Gold seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Marinate the pork chops in oil and 2 tablespoons of seasoning. Poke the pork all over with a fork for better marination. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Bring remaining seasoning and orange juice to a boil in a small saucepan and then reduce to a simmer for 3-5 minutes.
3. Cook pork chops in a large skillet over high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Drizzle with orange juice reduction.
