
Ingredients
1 - 1 ½ pounds skinless chicken
1 medium onion
2 bell peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 packet Zestify Fiery Gold seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Cut chicken, bell peppers and onion into strips.
2. Cook onions with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high heat until just soft. Add bell peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Add remaining oil. Cook chicken for about 3-5 minutes.
4. Return vegetables to pan. Add seasoning and water and stir for another minute.
