Ingredients

4 chicken breast cutlets
4 slices Havarti cheese
3 tablespoons avocado oil
8 pineapple ringlets
4 slices Havarti cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 buns
1 packet Zestify Umami Luau seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken in 1 tablespoon of seasoning and 1 tablespoon of oil for at least 20 minutes.
2. Grill the chicken and pineapple. Top chicken with cheese just before removing from heat.
3. Mix mayo, sour cream and remaining seasoning.
4. Layer chicken, 2 slices of pineapple on a bun spread with mayo mix.
