Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
4 cups water
1/4 cup salt
1 packet Zestify Cocoa Canto seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Bring salt and water to a boil to make the brine. Immediately turn off heat and cool. Brine pork chops for 1-8 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Drain pork and pat dry.
3. Brush pork with oil and sprinkle both sides with seasoning. Let them rest for 30 minutes at room temperature before grilling.
4. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 150°F.
