Ingredients
3–4 lb pork shoulder
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup water or broth
1 packet Zestify Cocoa Canto seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Pat the pork dry and rub all over with the seasoning. Add brown sugar if you prefer a sweeter, caramelized flavor.
2. Place in the crockpot with the liquids. Cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours. (If using an Instant Pot, cook on high pressure for 120 minutes.)
3. Remove the pork and shred it with forks.
4. Serve warm with tortillas or buns.
