Ingredients

1-2 pounds chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 large tomato, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 packet Zestify Cocoa Canto seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Cook chicken over medium-high heat until cooked on all sides. Set aside.
2. Cook onion until it softens.
3. Add all ingredients to pan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
