1 pound uncooked shrimp
1 lime juiced
2 limes, sliced in wedges
2 tablespoons avocado oil

Instructions
1. Soak skewers in water for at least 1 hour.
2. Marinate shrimp in lime juice, oil and seasoning for 15-20 minutes.
3. Skewer shrimp and lime slices on metal skewers or soaked wooden skewers.
4. Grill shrimp for 2-4 minutes per side.
