
Ingredients
1 pound chicken
5 cups baby spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup mozzarella balls
3 tablespoon olve oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup basil
1 packet Zestify Tuscan Brio seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
2. Saute the chicken in 1 tablespoon of oil and seasoning for 6-8 minutes.
3. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
4. Toss spinach, tomato and mozzarella in oil and vinegar.
5. Plate salad.
