Ingredients
Dressing:
1/2 cup sourcream
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespooms mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Zestify Cowboy Reserve seasoning Add To Cart
Salad:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoon avocado oil
8 cups romaine salad, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 large avocados, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 tablespoon Zestify Cowboy Reserve seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Marinate the chicken in oil and 1 tablespoon of seasoning for at least 20 minutes.
3. Cook chicken on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let rest while assembling the rest of the salad.
4. Layer the salad greens with tomatoes, red onion, avocado, bacon, and egg. Layer the grilled chicken into the salad and top or toss with dressing.
