1 pound beef, cut in 11/2-inch cubes
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1. Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the lamb and onion into 1-inch pieces.
3. Marinate beef and vegetables in oil and seasoning for at least 20 minutes.
4. Skewer beef and vegetables.
5. Grill covered over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes.
