Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup bourbon or apple cider
1 packet Zestify Sweet Ember seasoning Add To Cart

Instructions

1. Marinate the pork in all the other ingredients whisked together.
2. Remove pork after marinating for at least 30 minutes. Reserve marinade.
3. Grill pork over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side (or until done).
4. Bring the marinade to a boil in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour sauce over pork chops and serve.
