
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp
1 can pineapple chunks (or fresh cut pineapple)
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 packet Zestify Umami Luau seasoning Add To Cart
Instructions
1. Marinate shrimp in oil and Miso Happy for at least 20 minutes.
2. Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes.
3. Arrange shrimp and pineapple on skewers.
4. Reserve remaining marinade.
5. Grill for 3-4 minutes. Brush tops with marinade.
6. Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes on the other side. Brush with remaining marinade.
